Rating Systems

Here and there, both Fez and Dex give ratings on games and movies that they discuss. Their ratings differ.

Dex:

Dex uses a -1 - 10 system, but he doesn't deal just in integers. Plausible ratings fall in between. However, his rating isn't consistent. If he gives a rating, give a tolerance of 1 or 2. Maybe he's having a bad day...unless it reaches the infamous -1.

-1 Mind Rotting. A conceptual weapon useable on one's enemies...

0 Completely forgettable. It may as well have not have even existed.

1 Jarring. This media is just about unworthy of ever being mentioned save for an idea or two.

2 Terribad. This media is good for the exploration of an idea towards something actually worthwhile.

3 Bad. This media clearly bad. It goes well with distraction.

4 Pushed it. This is a vaguely bad piece of media just shy of being meeting you half way, but is okay to respectably consume.

5 The tipping point of decency. This media is at a crossroads. You can call it either way for its mix of flaws and gems.

6 Pushing it. This media is largely flawed, but can be given the benefit of the doubt for its aims and execution.

7 Fair. This media has many noticeable flaws, but still delivers an experience worth consuming.

8 Solid, with a few problems that fail to weigh it down from looking good

9 Outstanding, with one or two minor flaws that holds it back from looking perfect.

10 Pretty much peeeeerfection. Dex forgets if anything ever achieved this rating.
